Mobility Optimization Analyst

We are seeking a full-time Mobility Optimization Analyst with the commitment, skill and work ethic necessary to support an assigned client base. This person manages the entire client relationship and becomes an extension of their teams and their trusted advisor. Duties include educating the client about our services, identifying the optimal mix of plans, features and discounts to meet their usage patterns and managing all workflow to ensure new service orders, change requests and disconnects are completed efficiently and as a result savings are maximized.




Operations Project Manager - Mobility

The Operations Project Manager provides management expertise and is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating assigned projects. He/She is responsible for guiding all new client Onboarding, Implementation and Integration activities for assigned projects/clients.  This person will work with IT and non-IT personnel, clients, vendors, account managers and project stakeholders to ensure all critical program factors are managed, implemented, tracked and reported, and work on Client and Internal Projects including Customer Surveys, Process Improvements, KPI’s / Metrics, SharePoint Site Maintenance and other internal reporting initiatives. 




Channel Sales Manager

We are looking for a full-time Channel Sales Manager to support our current partners and to grow our channel program by recruiting and developing new partners.  The ideal candidate is a master of building relationships, adept at recruiting and developing telecom/IT partners and thrives on the challenge of motivating them to sell our services to their clients. This person will serve as a mobile subject matter expert for both client and partner, and should enjoy presenting solutions to both.
