President and Chief Executive Officer

David Gardner

David Gardner

President and Chief Executive Officer

David brings extensive corporate strategy, finance, operations and overall business building expertise to his role as President and CEO of vMOX.

A serial entrepreneur, he played key roles in the development of several other businesses in the telecommunications and technology arenas, and he is an active angel investor who is passionate about assisting startups build their businesses. David is Chairman Emeritus of The Alliance, a national consortium of premier marketing and sales companies within the telecommunications industry, and previously served as Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer.

David has an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU's Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Vermont.

Chief Technology Officer

Richard Siebels

Richard Siebels

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Richard owns the overall corporate IT strategy, including the design and development efforts for vMOX’s proprietary internal software applications and external management systems.

Richard has over 27 years of telecommunications, technology, operations and product development experience. Previously he was the CTO at PremierComm, LLC, where he led the Product, IT, Engineering and Operations teams to deliver complex technology solutions and integrated healthcare platforms. Prior to that he was Director of Product Development at PCS designing custom software-based telecom applications for the Department of Homeland Security and other government agencies.

Richard studied at Cameron University and the California Institute of Technology and served in the Army and then the Oklahoma National Guard.

Vice President

Mike Saxby

Vice President

As Vice President, Mike leads all sales efforts at vMOX, and his responsibilities include managing the indirect sales, including channel and partner strategy and development.

Mike has extensive telecommunications industry and channel experience, as well as outstanding business development skills focused on driving results on all levels. He came to vMOX from technology distributor Communication Management Services Inc. (CMS), where he served as President. During his tenure at CMS, he successfully built their managed mobility practice. Before that he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI). Mike was also an owner and part of the management team at Virgo Publishing, now Informa pls, and one of the founders of Channel Partners. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University. 

Controller

Sandra Dellorusso

Sandra Dellorusso

Controller

As Controller, Sandra has more than 15 years of industry experience with corporate accounting and financial analysis. During her 10-year tenure at vMOX, she has provided strategic leadership for the company’s global business and finance functions, as well as for the management of its financial and capital resources. Over the years, Sandra has also cultivated an in-depth understanding of the administration of sales commission programs, allowing her to innovate and integrate profitable solutions within vMOX.  Other critical business functions under her administration include internal financial controls, budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, both accounts receivable and payable, treasury management, and general ledger maintenance.

In addition to her extensive finance and accounting background, Sandra has proven experience developing and mentoring a high performing team of commission analysts. Her collaborative approach across all departments allows her to continually support the organization’s mission of transformative impact through innovation within the industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University. 

General Counsel

Jordan Gurevich

Jordan Gurevich

General Counsel

As General Counsel, Jordan supports vMOX’s legal and strategic growth initiatives that are focused on propelling vMOX as a leading provider of mobility support solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Earlier in his career, Jordan led the legal department of a TEM start-up where he was responsible for the company’s effort in expanding its international footprint; an effort that ultimately led to an acquisition by Vodafone. Prior to joining vMOX, Jordan acquired extensive corporate experience in legal departments of some of the world’s most prominent global telco and IT companies, such as Vodafone, Fiserv, T-Systems, and Deutsche Telekom. Notably, Jordan takes a pragmatic approach to dealmaking by emphasizing the importance of creative and collaborative problem solving throughout the sales lifecycle and negotiation process.

Jordan graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park and achieved a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. 

Sr. Director of Operations

Grete Humbert Mortley

Sr. Director of Operations

As Senior Director of Operations, Grete is responsible for running an efficient organization, starting with bringing new clients on board to supporting the steady state management of those clients with multiple service offerings. She has led and managed operational and delivery organizations, implemented critical initiatives and guided organizations through periods of significant change. Grete has a keen focus on the employee and client experience and is passionate about driving client value and achieving desired outcomes.

Grete has 20 years of experience leading operational teams across the globe. She has a history of not being satisfied with the status quo and helping teams grow and improve. Prior to joining vMOX, Grete held various leadership roles including Senior Director of Client Success and Operations at brightfin, as well as Vice President, Service Delivery at Tangoe.

Grete earned a bachelor's degree from Kennesaw State University in Georgia.

Sr. Director of BI and Data Management

Paul Krauser

Sr. Director of BI and Data Management

As Senior Director of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Management, Paul is responsible for making vMOX systems/processes as efficient as possible, enhancing solution offerings with data insight and visibility, and ultimately helping our clients be more successful in their expense management endeavors. Paul owns the vMOX business intelligence infrastructure as well as the analytical tools that empower the vMOX expense management teams to maintain accurate data. He additionally owns the architecture of the technical and sales support systems essential to providing data analytics that power the sale of our solutions. 

Paul has more than 17 years of experience scaling global enterprise operations through periods of rapid organizational growth and managing software solutions. He has a history of developing new and optimizing existing processes to maximize service delivery, cost-savings, and net revenue. Before joining vMOX, Paul worked in various corporate leadership roles including as Director of Operations at a technology firm and Director of Audit and Expense at Tangoe.

Paul earned a degree from ITT Technical Institute in Austin, TX and has an extensive background in Lean Six Sigma process management.

Director of Client Experience

Director of Client Experience

As Director of Client Experience, Ben is responsible for helping clients drive adoption, usage, and most notably, value from vMOX enterprise mobility solutions. He oversees the pre- and post-sales client experience and ensures cross-functional collaboration.

Ben has over sixteen years of experience leading global teams and multi-disciplinary collaboration, delivering first-class services in dynamic and complex SaaS environments. He is well-respected as a strong client advocate and tech savvy leader, traits crucial in today’s hybrid world. Before joining vMOX Ben built a successful business consultancy in Europe. Prior to that he spent 11 years at Tangoe, a leading technology expense and asset management solution provider. He held various leadership roles in operations and customer service, including most recently as director of customer success where he designed and implemented a company-wide customer success strategy and led an elite customer success team. In his early career, Ben was an implementation manager for ttMobiles, later acquired by Tangoe, and a consultant for the RPS Group, a leading global professional services firm.

Ben earned bachelor’s degree from the University of Southampton in England.

Director of Software Development

Director of Software Development

As the Director of Software Development at vMOX, David is responsible for managing the quality, performance, and development efforts for all vMOX software products.

David is a seasoned leader in the software industry, with an extensive background in SaaS solutions and outside the box thinking. He came to vMOX from Skillable where he was the Director of Software Engineering and focused on reducing excessive spending, modernizing testing practices, and achieving ISO/IEC 27001 compliance. He's also worked in leadership roles at corporations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ashley Furniture and Nielsen.

David earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rocky Mountain College and spent over ten years as a software engineer before stepping fully into upper management roles.

Director of Human Resources

Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Brandi is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function, including managing the policies, procedures, and programs.

Before joining vMOX Brandi was the VP of HR and Talent Analytics for CITI. She is a versatile and solutions-oriented human resources leader with extensive experience in HR operations. She brings a wealth of experience from diverse backgrounds, including small startups and Fortune 500 enterprises, with a strong focus on PEO oversight, high-quality employee recruitment and onboarding, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and training & development. 

Brandi earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University.
