David brings extensive corporate strategy, finance, operations and overall business building expertise to his role as President & CEO of vMOX. He is Chairman Emeritus of The Alliance, a national consortium of premier marketing and sales companies within the telecommunications industry, and has previously served as Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer. A serial entrepreneur, he played key roles in the development of a number of other businesses in the telecommunications and technology arenas, and he is an active angel investor who is passionate about assisting start-ups build their businesses. David has an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU's Stern School of Business and a BA in English from the University of Vermont.
As Chief Technology Officer, Richard owns the overall corporate IT strategy, including the design and development efforts for vMOX’s proprietary internal software applications and external management systems. He has over 20 years of technology development experience, most recently as the CTO at Premier Companies, LLC., and prior to that as Director of Product Development designing custom applications for the Department of Homeland Security and numerous other government agencies. Richard studied at Cameron University and the California Institute of Technology, and served in the Army and the Oklahoma National Guard.
Mike heads up all sales efforts at vMOX, and his responsibilities include managing the direct and indirect sales teams, as well as channel and partnership strategy and development. He has extensive telecommunications industry and channel experience, as well as outstanding business development skills focused on driving results on all levels. Mike came to vMOX from telecom master agency Communication Management Services Inc. (CMS), where he served as President. During his tenure at CMS he successfully built their managed mobility practice. Before that he served at the Chief Strategy Officer of another telecom master agency, Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI). Prior to that Mike was group publisher at Virgo Publishing, now Informa Exhibitions, and one of the founders of the Channel Partners Conference and Expo.
Gene leads all of vMOX’s marketing communication, public relations, branding and product marketing initiatives. Before joining vMOX in 2016 Gene was the Vice President of Marketing for data center operator and managed service provider Net Access (acquired by Cologix) and prior to that he served as the Director of Product Marketing and Industry Analyst Relations at CenturyLink. Over the course of his 20+ year career he has held a variety of sales, marketing and product management positions at SAVVIS, Broadview Networks, InfoHighway Communications and Verizon. Gene earned an MBA in Marketing Management from St. John’s University, and Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Villanova University.
As the Director of Finance, Sandra owns all of the accounting and financial reporting functions at vMOX. Her responsibilities include corporate accounting, payroll, general ledger reporting, accounts payable/receivable and sales commissioning. Sandra also handles general human resources and employee benefits responsibilities for vMOX.
Michael heads the Operations team for vMOX, which includes all Account Management, Data Analytics and Procurement functions, as well as support of Business Development activities. He is an Operations and Program Management leader with an excellent career record of operational, project and team leadership at companies including AT&T, Motorola and Kaplan. He has an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA from Rutgers University. Michael is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University. He has also completed additional Executive Education in Management and Finance at Penn State University and Wharton Business School.
One of the longest tenured employees at vMOX, Matt began his career as an intern and has worked his way through the company's operational ranks driving constant process improvement. In his current position as Director of Product Management, Matt works directly with vMOX's customers and internal operations and development teams to ensure the success and continued innovation of vMOX's optimization technology, management strategies and customer portal capabilities. Matt is an expert in global wireless optimization and device life-cycle cycle management and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Purdue University.
