Service Delivery Specialist

vMOX is looking for a Service Delivery Specialist (SDS) who will be responsible for turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. They will assist the Service Delivery Managers with vMOX clients, helping manage the day-to-day relationship and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of vMOX services and offerings and assist with the execution and management of projects to completion. The SDS has a keen focus on data quality and strives to improve it for all customers. In this job you will:

  • Maintain information for assigned customers and service delivery matters.

  • Support SDMs with creation and documentation of custom reporting and QBR creation.

  • Review ticket and order requests that need feedback from the Service Delivery team and work closely with the Procurement and Service Desk teams to allow for timely updates on requests.

  • Proactively monitor order and ticket queues and escalate delays where needed.

  • Research and resolve lifecycle management related tasks and failure notifications.

  • Ensure invoices are acquired and processed in a timely fashion.

  • Spot check inventory in OnePortal and confirm data quality by comparing against reports from carrier portals.

  • Support SDMs with training end-users and customers on new reports, increased portal features, and data dashboards.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure the delivered performance and services match customer needs.

  • Assist with running month end reporting for clients and review data anomalies with SDMs.

  • Assist the Service Delivery Managers on challenges with wireless environment, services, and integration efforts, to deliver operational improvements and a tailored customer experience.

  • Support SDM in tracking and updating action items for customer meetings.

  • Support problem solving and technical meetings between internal technical teams and the client.

  • Monitor, track, and report on defined SLAs, escalating issues and verifying improvement actions are taken with support teams when service issues arise.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Associate degree or related work experience.

  • Experience as an account manager or service delivery manager in wireless telecommunications preferred but not required.

  • Excellent ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance per priorities and deadlines.

  • Presentation, customer service, analytical, and leadership skills. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate oneself to management and other partners.

  • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously and switch tasks based on shifting priorities.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team and with a professional demeanor.

  • Ability to quickly learn the software and applications used in the organization and the MMS industry.

Location:

  • 100% remote in the comfort of your most effective environment.

Salary:

  • The salary range of this position is $40,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience and achievement.
