vMOX, a global provider of managed mobility services (MMS), welcomed Ben Crees to the team as director of client success. Based in the United Kingdom, Crees will report to Richard Siebels, chief technology officer, and is responsible for helping clients drive adoption, usage and most notably, value from vMOX enterprise mobility products and services. He will oversee the pre- and post-sales client experience and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Crees has over sixteen years leading global teams and multi-disciplinary collaboration, delivering first-class services in dynamic and complex SaaS environments. He is well-respected as a strong client advocate and tech savvy leader, traits crucial in today’s hybrid world.
“Ben joining us comes at a perfect time – as vMOX enters our next phase of growth,” said David Gardner, chief executive officer and president at vMOX. “He not only has an impressive telecom background supporting multinational clients, but firsthand knowledge of client success and understands how important it is to deliver great outcomes and positive experiences. His addition is a direct reflection of our client-centric strategy and strong focus on operational excellence.”
Before joining vMOX Crees built a successful business consultancy in Europe. Prior to that Crees spent 11 years at Tangoe, a leading technology expense and asset management solution provider. He held various leadership roles in operations and customer service, including most recently as director of customer success where he designed and implemented a company-wide customer success strategy and led an elite customer success team. In his early career, Crees was an implementation manager for ttMobiles, later acquired by Tangoe, and a consultant for the RPS Group, a leading global professional services firm.
In addition to his new role, Crees will also support vMOX’s growing global operations, which adds capabilities and extends reach across more parts of Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
“I was really attracted to the vMOX culture of innovation and service excellence,” said Crees. “Their approach to mobility management is a perfect balance of human expertise and technology that puts the client in focus and keeps the business thriving. It’s an honor to join the team."
