April 2023 Product Release Update - Part 3

Over the past several months, the team at vMOX has been hard at work on some awesome features and improvements to make your daily experience within OnePortal^SM a more positive one. There is a lot to catch up on, so we’ve split our April 2023 product update into three parts. 

April 2023 Product Update - Part 3

Procurement Bundles

• You can now order procurement bundles inside the OnePortal^SM These bundles include any number of devices and accessories so users can order exactly what they need for their job role. Access to ordering bundles are controlled by the same entitlement features that exist today.
• To accompany the bundle release, the ordering tiles have been redesigned. The bundle tiles detail all devices and accessories included in the bundle.
• Please reach out to your Service Delivery Manager to define what bundles you would like us to configure on your behalf.

Contact-Based Ordering

• You can now use an optional feature that allows entitlements and approval policies to be processed based on the order recipient, not who places the order. This allows order workflows to follow internal user policies. However, you can select a checkbox to order devices outside of policy for a selected user if necessary.

Support for WiFi-Only Devices

• vMOX logistics services has been enhanced with a new module specifically for WiFi-only devices. You can now easily manage and support your non-cellular devices, as well as other connected devices, together inside a single platform. Learn more >

User Interface

• We know that a well-designed and simple mobility management platform is important. There were several new user interface (UI) changes and details added to make it easier for teams to use, access, and absorb information. Highlights include:
  • Home Dashboard
  • Request Tiles
  • Phone Line Details
  • Employee Details
  • Bill Details
  • Account Overview
  • Editable Custom Phone Line Fields
