March 2021 Product Release Update - Part 1

• Enhanced Mobile Device Management (MDM) integration. Key enhancements include enrollment compliance across wireless inventory; automated user association for quick device assignment and process flow back to the carrier for consistent reporting; and automated management tasks.

• Full API support for logistics, shipping, and order fulfilment. Customers can push shipments and orders directly to the vMOX system and track progress. Customers also gain additional asset management capabilities.

• Upgraded IT Service Management (ITSM) integration support for ServiceNow, Jira and Freshservice.

• Complex user entitlements. Users can define how devices show within the OnePortal and when those devices should be routed to additional layers of management for approval. Customers can also define how their employee attributes, such as title, affect the visibility of their logged in users.

• Custom fields have been added to the OnePortal for more granular reporting and dynamic display.
